If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and item number from your confirmation e-mail. Please also provide a photo with the damaged item in the packaging. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to an item, contact us immediately stating your order number available.
Orders can be cancelled without charge prior to shipping. Our representative will contact you with details in order to return your payment. Once an order has been shipped items can be returned and refunded. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items can only be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any taxes. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
