Shipping Policy
SJSPotteryDesigns will take 1-2 weeks to prepare your order for shipment.
The delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient’s location and the shipping carrier.(Usually DHL Express).
After you complete your order and the products are shipped you will get a tracking number in your registered email.
Shipping costs for all our products are free of charge.
Return policy
Orders can be cancelled without charge prior to shipping. Our representative will contact you with details in order to return your payment. Once an order has been shipped items can be returned and refunded. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items can only be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any taxes. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and item number from your confirmation e-mail. Please also provide a photo with the damaged item in the packaging. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to an item, contact us immediately stating your order number available.
Lack of stock
We are making every effort so that items are in stock. If an item is out of stock there will be a delay in your order. If the item cannot be sent at a reasonable time we will inform you via email and refund your order.
